He was born in 1948 in a traditional family with a moderate financial situation in Kashan. After high school, he entered Tehran University of Technology (Aria Mehr) and studied chemical engineering. During university, he was a close friend of Bahram Aram.
In 1970, through an introduction to Mohammad Rezaei and acquaintance with Alireza Tashayod, he became a member of the organization. He completed the training process quickly and worked in the chemistry group under the responsibility of Ali (Behrouz) Bakri.
After the strike of August 1971, he fled and followed his secret life in Tehran, Mashhad and Qom. Before Taghi Shahram escaping and entering the center of the organization, Yazdanians had the greatest responsibility of compiling a booklet on explosive chemistry and preparing explosives.
From late spring and early summer of 1973, after Shahram escaped from prison, Yazdanian, along with Bahram Aram, Majid Sharif Vaqhefi, Alireza Sepasi Ashtiani, and Taghi Shahram, participated in the new set up. He was equally influential in the process of ideological change and was one of the first to become a Marxist. Before the case of Sharif Vaqefi, when he was at the head of the labor branch, Yazdanian was a member of the house and the central group of this branch and lived in the same place with Sharif Vaqhefi, Leila Zomorodian and Vahid Afrakhteh.
He married Mahboubeh Afraz in the fall of 1974 and has been active in the Taghi Shahram branch ever since and in 1977, he went abroad on behalf of the organization. The prominent people who their responsibilities belong to Yazdanian are: Ahmad Hashemian Qazvini, Abbas Javdani, Mohammad Hassan Abrari Jahromi, Gholamreza Soltani Jahromi, Alireza Kabiri, Ezat Shahi (Motahari), Mostafa Farhadi and Alireza Saghafi Khorasani.
